There will be no disciplinary action against judges for overturning the verdict for "Bloody Tulip"

The disciplinary spokesperson of the Minister of Justice has decided to refuse to initiate disciplinary proceedings in the case of judges of the Court of Appeal in Szczecin, who overturned the life conviction of Mariusz G., dubbed the "Bloody Tulip" in the media. The reason was the presence of alleged neo-judges in the adjudicating panel.
