The disciplinary spokesperson for the Minister of Justice decided to refuse to initiate disciplinary proceedings in the case of the judges of the Court of Appeals in Szczecin, who waived the conviction of imprisonment for the life of Marius G., proclaimed in the media "Blood Tulip". The reason was the presence in the composition ruling the alleged neojudges.
