On 3 February 2026, the Council of Ministers adopted a bill amending the Public Finance Act and certain another acts. This draft contains provisions aimed at implementing solutions aimed at achieving the A2aG milestone under the National Recovery Plan (NRP). It introduces, among another things, greater transparency of state finances, including in the field of expenditure planning, and more effective and rational management of public funds. The fresh solutions implement the arrangements made with the European Commission.
