The Council of Ministers adopted on 3 February 2026 a bill amending the Public Finance Act and any another laws. This task contains provisions to implement the A2aG milestone solutions under the National Recovery Plan (NRP). It introduces, inter alia, greater transparency of state finances, including expenditure planning and more efficient and rational usage of public funds. The fresh arrangements are implemented by the European Commission.
