PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński rejected the proposal to settle a private indictment filed by Zbigniew Komosa - the PAP learned from sources akin to the case. Therefore, the territory Court for Warsaw-Śródmieście set a deadline for the proceeding on 23 April.
