There will be more severe punishment for assaulting a doctor or a paramedic

The Ministry of Justice has published a draft amendment to the Criminal Code, which provides for a punishment of 3 months to 5 years in prison for assaulting a public officer with direct hazard of failure of life or serious injury to health.
