Contrary to the declarations of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, we will not know the condition of the shelters from the People's Republic of Poland until the end of the year. - The work is going slowly, due to the fact that the full task is poorly organized - we are alerted by firefighters who, in addition to construction supervision, were expected to make records. Almost 4 years after the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine, we inactive don't really know how many old facilities we could turn into shelters. For a week now, however, we have known how to build fresh ones.
