"It's come to a crude forgery". Tusk about the election vote counting situation

– There was a gross forgery – so Donald Tusk said during the Friday conference about serious irregularities in the number of votes after the presidential election. He thus referred to the situation from the 2 electoral committees in Bielsko-Biała. The Prime Minister added that if akin irregularities occurred on a national scale, Karol Nawrocki's oath should be called into question.

– In Bielsko-Biała there were no irregularities, mistakes, only regular, vulgar falsification, where 160 votes were moved from the place where there were votes for 1 candidate to the second place and packed them in this deposit as if these voices were on Mr. Nawrocki. At the minute we have an first assessment of the situation in 800 committees, where there are amazing results and where statistic say very clearly that something is not playing there," said Donald Tusk.

Let us remind you that just a fewer days earlier Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar mentioned that in Bielsko-Biała there may have been a crime. "The territory Court revealed irregularities after reviewing ballot cards from 2 Circuit Election Commissions. This raises serious doubts as to the reliability of the Commission's work (...) In the first case, the votes cast for individual candidates were replaced. In the second case, 160 votes cast for Rafał Trzaskowski were wrongly shown in the electoral protocol as votes cast to Karol Nawrocki," he mentioned.

Donald Tusk on election results. What about Charles Nawrocki's oath?

However, it was not only in the White Committees that akin situations might have occurred. As you know, there have been quite a few protests to the ultimate Court. Donald Tusk made it clear what if, in the end, the irregularities in the country were so large that they could affect the actual result of the presidential election.

– Elections should be recognised and cannot be contested by anyone after examination according to the constitution, bill, duties of the authorities, duties of the court, after examination of all protests. If the protests are verified and it turns out that the elections were rigged on a scale that changed the result of the elections, then of course the votes should be counted across the country and there should be no talk of swearing in the President," he concluded.
