There is simply a verdict of the Constitutional Tribunal regarding the Pegasus Commission

On Tuesday (September 10 this year), the Constitutional Tribunal received a proceeding on the **scope of the activities of the Sejm's investigative committee for Pegasus**. The aim was to examine the compliance of the provisions of the Sejm's resolution of January 17 this year establishing the aforementioned committee (Article 2) with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland (Articles 2, 10, 95 sec. 2 and Article 111 sec. 1).
