There is simply a judgement of the Constitutional Court on the Pegasus Commission

On Tuesday (i.e. 10 September this year) the Constitutional Court was elected to the proceeding of** the scope of the parliamentary committee on Pegasus**. The intent was to examine the compatibility of the provisions of the Resolution of the Sejm of 17 January setting up the said commission (Article 2) with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic (Articles 2, 10, 95(2) and 111(1)).
