The prosecutor's office has asked the court for a three-month arrest for Zbigniew Ziobra. On November 7, the Sejm agreed to waive his immunity. Investigators want to bring 26 charges against the Justice Minister in the Law and Justice (PiS) government related to irregularities in the Justice Fund.
