PiS wants to admit as invalid the lifting of the immunity of MP Marcin Romanowski by the Sejm and consent to the detention of the MP and his arrest. The reason is the resolution of the Criminal Chamber of the ultimate Court of September 27, which - according to PiS - indicates that Dariusz Korneluk is not the National Prosecutor.
