There is simply a decision on a punishment for Poland

The Court of Justice of the European Union decided on Thursday that Poland must pay EUR 8.3 million of penalties (as calculated by PLN 35 million) for late implementation of the Copyright Directive. The European Commission has addressed the complaint to Poland.
