There is simply a budget for 2023. Is there adequate money for the services?

A fewer months ago, erstwhile the government adopted a draft of 1 of the most crucial laws from the point of view of the efficient functioning of the state, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that it was an ambitious budget for hard times. And in fact, from the point of view of uniformed officers, there is more money allocated for the functioning of their formation than in the erstwhile year. The question is whether they have been added adequate to let the services to function without major problems?
