Agnieszka Glapiak, the chairwoman of the National Broadcasting Council, announced that she would file a complaint with the prosecutor's office. Its aim is to examine whether the process of liquidation of public media – including TVP, Polish Radio and regional radio stations – is carried out in accordance with the law. The National Broadcasting Council expresses concern that the full process may lead to a violation of the constitutional order. In her opinion, the actions taken so far may constitute a legal fiction, the effects of which are visible in many financial, organizational and image losses.
