Unmanned mini-class aircraft are now basic equipment of ground troops in armies around the world. Their tasks include providing the commanders with different levels – from the lowest (team) to the highest (brigada/division) – key exploratory data. It is not only information about the enemy, its forces and means or directions of movement, but besides the collection of data on the situation in the area of operations, specified as the state of roads and bridges to decision their own subdivisions.
This year's global Defence manufacture Exhibition in Kielce presented respective models of drones of this class, including drones Visionfinder. Developed by specialists from the method Institute of Air Force was donated in 2021 for production by a consortium composed of: Polish Armed Forces Group SA (leader), Military Aviation Plants No. 2 SA and Military Aviation Plants No. 1 SA Branch in Dęblin. The visionary is the newest unmanned man in the resources of the Polish army. First 4 sets WZL No 2 transferred to the military at the end of May that year.

The viewfinder weighs just over 13 kg, can fly at a maximum velocity of 120 km/h at a maximum tallness of up to 4000 m, and can spend over 3 hours in the air. Powered by an electrical motor and a pushing propeller, the plan has wings with a span of nearly 3 m (2.98 m). The drone could be within 30 km of the operator. The two-sensor optoelectronic head The Wizard allows you to conduct exploratory observations during day and night, in all weather conditions.
