Increasing production capacity, improving the efficiency of technological processes, expanding the scope of products and fresh jobs – these are the main benefits of expanding the Radom Weapons Factory. Yesterday, the first shovel was thrown into the construction site of the fresh Archer's Hall. Its beginning is scheduled for 2025 erstwhile the weapon mill will celebrate its 100th anniversary.

“Construction of a fresh production hall is simply a key step in our improvement strategy, which will enable us to meet the increasing expectations of our customers and to strengthen our position on both the home and global markets,” said Seweryn Figurski, President, Weapons mill “The Hunter”, at the start of the fresh investment. On Wednesday, a symbolic impact of the first shovel on the construction site in Radom took place. – The launch of the fresh hall will coincide with the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Weapons Factory, which will take place in 2025. This further emphasizes the importance of this task for our company and its history," added the head of Archer.
To the participants of yesterday's ceremony, the letter was written by Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Minister of National Defence. "I was happy to receive information about plans to grow the Weapons mill in Radom. This is another step towards expanding production capacity, expanding the possible and building the strength of Polish industry. The launch of this investment is an expression of concern for the safety of the country and evidence of the effectiveness, efficiency and strategical planning capacity. I am convinced that the fresh investment will be a symbol of success and inspiration for further challenges," wrote the head of the MON.
The fresh hall, whose plan was presented on graphics, will stand at Alexego Grobickiego Street in Radom. It will be a 3150 m2 utility building with office and retention spaces in addition to the production space. The hall will be equipped with modern machinery and equipment, including those which the company already bought in erstwhile stages of the factory's expansion. The cost of the full investment was estimated at PLN 25 million.
The fresh hall is part of the task entitled ‘Development of the production capacity of the “Łucznik Factory” – Radom sp. z o. o.’ and aims to increase production capacity and improve the efficiency of technological processes. The archer informs that thanks to the investment it will be "more efficient to carry out orders for the Polish Army and adapt to future marketplace needs, introducing even higher quality standards". The “Łucznik” weapon mill is part of the Polish Armed Forces Group.
