Former Head of the National safety Bureau Gen. Roman Polko called on the president and BBN to urgently prepare legal regulations on hybrid war. In an interview with the "ZET Council", the erstwhile commander of the GROM stressed that the current regulations do not keep up with modern threats, and the state makes defensive decisions without a coherent strategy.
