The “war” budget of the Ministry of defence and billions for Abrams beyond it [COMMENT]

**The Ministry of Finance has published a draft budget law for 2023. Defence expenditures are expected to amount to PLN 113.3 billion, representing 3.0 percent. GDP planned for next year. In addition to this amount, another PLN 4.8 billion will be allocated to purchases of Abrams tanks. **
