The Fisherman's Corners, Jacek Z., was at the center of a turbulent discussion after a recording appeared on the network, showing how he was attacking another driver. The film, which rapidly gained large popularity, sparked an avalanche of comments and reactions from both residents and local authorities. The issue is becoming increasingly public and the chief must face not only the legal consequences, but besides the appeal procedure from the position taken.
A recording that shocked the community
On March 3, around 9:00 a.m., there was an incidental that was immortalized on the recording. Jacek Z., an Audi passenger, got out of the car with a personalized “BOSS” registration and attacked an opla driver. Prior to the Audi, the female in charge was to take the opla road, which triggered a reaction from the another driver. As Anna Perykasa Miniewicz reported on Facebook, her husband pointed out to the Audi head that her maneuver could have led to an accident. It provoked Jack Z to act aggressively.

Consequences for the Chief
The recording sparked a wave of outrage among netizens who identified the aggressor as Jack Z., Chief of Fisheries Corners. The case went to the police and the man was detained. According to zulawy.pl portal, the assaulted driver suffered serious injuries, including a broken tooth and a broken jaw. It may require longer hospitalisation.
The chief is presently at the Regional Police office in Nowy Dwora Gdańsk. According to young Karolina Figiel, there is an analysis of the recording and an explanation of the circumstances of the incident. – An aggressive man was detained visible on the available video. It is simply a 38-year-old resident of the Ryback Corners," she told the “Fact” Figiel.
Interestingly, according to the unofficial findings of “Faktu”, the chief himself reported to the police, claiming that he was the 1 who was assaulted. However, the video clearly shows that he was the aggressor.
Appeal procedure and reaction of the authorities
The authorities of the municipality of Sztutowo did not stay indifferent to the situation. The authoritative announcement informed of the initiation of the callback procedure for Jack Z. from the chief function. – In no way are the behaviours that origin force or incitement to it accepted – it is written on the profile of the municipality.
Moreover, the municipal authorities decided to average comments under the occurrence posts, removing those that were considered to be in breach of social standards. – Due to the content of any comments on the event of 3.03.2025 with the participation of the Sołtys of the village of Kąty Rybackie, whose content may constitute #influences, we inform that comments deemed to violate social standards will be removed – added in the subsequent post editing.
