Grzegorz Płaczek and Marek Szewczyk, on behalf of the Confederacy, submitted a notification to the D.A. on vaccines. A press conference was held before the notification was submitted after the D.A.'s office.
Marek Szewczyk:
– 117 1000 vaccines were given with possible wellness and life-threatening defects. These are the conclusions of the latest study by the advanced Control Chamber. The ultimate Audit Chamber has one more time assessed the government's negative actions in the case of the COVID-19 epidemic. In this case, the focus was mainly on the activities of the Minister of wellness and the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector.
The Minister of wellness acted chaotically, economically, but above all endangered the wellness and life of many thousands of Poles.
– Since May 2021, further doses of vaccines have been contracted, even though 109 million doses were contracted in April, thus converting 3 doses per Pole into adults. And the minister, only 11 days after the 3rd contract with Pfizer, pointed out – attention! – the hazard of crucial surplus COVID-19 vaccines.
Vaccines were stored in the 17th wholesale to be distributed. 1 of seventeen was checked. 2 checks that showed many irregularities. The others were not checked.
– In addition Minister of wellness took harmful legal actionpatients who have received these vaccines. According to NIK, he submitted a conflicting position stating that distribution of vaccines against COVID-19 “is not the marketing of medicinal products within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law“.
Consequently, the anticipation of monitoring their turnover through the Integrated Monitoring strategy for Medicinal Products is not applicable. This had a crucial impact on patient safety due to the fact that it deprived the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector of real control of where these vaccines were. How the parties went to which wholesalers and what actually happens to them.
– In April 2021, the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate received information about the suspicion of a qualitative defect in 1 of the vaccines against COVID-19 already utilized in Polish patients. The notification afraid a class II defect that could origin illness or malfunction. The GIF has not issued a decision to suspend or retreat the batch of vaccines from the market.

In April 2022, a qualitative defect was detected that could pose a hazard to the wellness and life of patients. First class defect. This obliged GIF to retreat this batch of vaccines from the market. What did it turn out to be? That the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate in Poland did not know in which warehouse the organization is in!
Later it turned out that all these vaccines with possible defects were sent to Polish patients.
– We appeal to patients who have taken vaccines to check what batch of vaccines they have taken. To see if the vaccines they took contained these defects.
