The U.S. legislature unanimously adopted a resolution calling on Secretary of State Antony Blinken to admit Russia as a state sponsoring terrorism, pointing to the Kremlin's criminal actions during the wars in Chechnya, Georgia, Syria and Ukraine, the fresh York Times reported on Thursday.
