The US is issuing an ultimatum to Europe. Time until 2027

The United States has made a tough request to its European NATO allies: Europe is to take over most of the Alliance's conventional defence capabilities by 2027. According to Reuters, the Pentagon warned that the deficiency of advancement could consequence in the withdrawal of the US from any coordination mechanisms. European diplomats are sceptical about this date, pointing to the unrealistic date and delays in the production of military equipment.
