The US legislature has agreed on the content of the Defence Spending Planning Act 2023 (National defence Authorization Act 2023), setting the maximum spending plan for the fiscal year started on October 1 this year. The act includes the anticipation of obtaining very large amounts of ammunition over a multi-year horizon.
