The US already has 40 of the most powerful aircraft in history

The head of Northrop Grumman revealed that the US Air Force already has about 40 of the most powerful and advanced combat aircraft in human history, namely the B-21 Raider. This aircraft is technologically ahead of Chinese or Russian bombers by at least 2 decades.
