The uncertain future of the Sejm. Will the president solve it?

– Parliament has completed its work on the Budget Law for 2025. The opposition calls on the president to mention the budget to the Constitutional Court. In her opinion, allegations concerning unjustified cuts in budgets – the ultimate Court, the National Judicial Council and the Constitutional Court – are in themselves admissible with 1 exception. In the case of the Constitutional Tribunal, the budget does not supply for the remuneration of current judges and besides for the allowances for members of the National Judicial Council.
