On Wednesday, the Chamber of Professional work of the ultimate Court did not accept 2 requests of the defence regarding the conduct of "tests of the independency of a judge" in disciplinary proceedings. As justified, these decisions were a consequence of the February ruling of the Constitutional Tribunal, which declared specified tests unconstitutional.
