[Ministry of defence of Ukraine](https://mod.gov.ua/) announced the authoritative launch of the Budget strategy in the [Armed Forces](https://defence24.pl/wojna-na-ukrainie-raport-specjalny-defence24). This was done on the basis of Ordinance No. 811, which has just been approved.
