Ukrainian MON launched a digital “Budget”

[Ministry of Defence of Ukraine](https://mod.gov.ua/) reported the authoritative launch of the budget strategy in [arms](https://defence24.pl/war-na-ukrainie-report-special-defence24). This was done under Ordinance 811, which has just been approved.
