On 6 October 2023, a judgement was handed down in the civilian action of Igor “Ukrainian in Poland” against Jack Międlar. Ukrainian tried to bring before the territory Court in Warsaw, that calling him “a provocateur”, “a banderian monster” or an indication that “he spits on Poles” violates his individual property. The court had a completely different view and dismissed the action in its entirety.
– I won the trial by Igor “Ukrainian in Poland”. He sued me for calling him “the provocator”, “the bander monster” and for saying “he spits on Poles”. SO dismissed the action in its entirety. He was represented by 3 lawyers (Magdalena Spisak, Jagoda Shacielowska, Bartłomiej Wojtaszek), me common sense and truth – Jacek Międlar informs on social media. – The justice categorically indicated that The Ukrainian consciously provokes Poles to bring civilian proceedings, as he is aware that his statements will be severely criticized. She pointed out that it was hard to be amazed at “answers in a strong tone” his provocative statements.
Interestingly, in a suit drawn up by Adj. Magdalena Spisak from Krakow, it was pointed out that individual property in the word “ epidermis”. It was a word that fell into publication by Jack Meatler on wLewo.pl entitled “It's urgent! The Ukrainian accused Poles of Nazi crimes! The Internetnaut replied, “Honorfully slap him in the mouth” and heard a scandalous sentence!“. In the article, the author compiled 2 sentences: PLN 1500 fine for threatening the death of Jack Międlar and respective times more fine and court fees for commenting on the “honorable cheek” for Ukrainians who had previously committed a provocative entry on the Internet. We read: “A fewer days ago I informed you about the proceedings that were taking place in the case of Marty Lempart's assistant and Wroclaw CODE sympathizer, who was repeatedly punished by Krzysztof P., who in disgusting words He insulted and threatened to kill me.. He's expected to pay $1,500 a fine. Surprised? Is the life of Polish-Messageler little valuable than the epidermis of Ukrainians, who shamelessly attribute Nazi crimes to Poles? Or is commending the “honored cheek” to the Ukrainians a greater crime than threatening death and vulgar insults to the Polish patriot? Are we inactive in Poland?’ The Ukrainian and his lawyer Spisak concluded that Jacek Międlar called the plaintiff “the epidermis”.
– In my publication, I asked if my life was worth little than my epidermis (complement: who? what?) Ukrainian (completioner: Who? what?). It is amazing that the suit was written by Magdalena Spisak, having a higher education, and yet seemingly the rules of spelling of the Polish language were not sufficiently adopted. (...) designation that the Ukrainian has been defined as “the epidermis” (by his way what would that mean?) is an expression of any intellectual indolence and deficiency of mastery of the principles of Polish language – Jacek Międlar wrote in consequence to the lawsuit.
The publicist reported that during the trial the Ukrainian was repeatedly reprimanded by justice Kinga Gajewska for inappropriate behaviour. What's more, he came to 2 meetings at a proceeding in... yarmulka. According to our information, Ukrainians do not walk in the judaic headgear all day. Why, then, did he set it up in court? Was it an component of provocation, or was it a foolish effort to win in court?
Ukrainians demanded compensation of PLN 6,000 and public apology. The conviction is invalid. Now the Ukrainian, and at the same time the boy of Bulgarian and parent – as he confesses – “a mix of nations of all central Europe” can appeal the judgement to the Court of Appeal, which will surely cost him a lot.
– In this case, no lawyer represented me for 2 reasons. First: the fact is on my side/I am on the side of truth, and this case was simply obvious. Secondly, money will be useful for the implementation of a documentary about Ukrainian genocide in Poles and flagism in the 21st century, on which I started work.
