The U.S. is not allowing Americans to return home from the Democratic Republic of the Congo out of fear of Ebola

The Trump administration has decided that U.S. citizens in the Democratic Republic of the Congo will not be allowed to return straight to their home country. Before returning to the United States, they will gotta undergo a 21-day quarantine in a 3rd country, according to Reuters.
