The US is attacking Caracas. The planet reacts with outrage

Colombia's president Gustavo Petro called for a gathering of the Organization of American States (OPA) and the UN safety Council, in which Colombia has been a non-permanent associate since the beginning of the year. Petro besides reported the deployment of troops on the Venezuelan border, as well as the deployment of emergency services in the event of a mass influx of refugees from Venezuela.
