

The U.S. Air Force is now conducting attacks on terrorist bases and their air defenses to defend U.S. ships and freedom of navigation, handed over to the president on his social network fact Social.
The Yemeni media related to Huti reported an attack on Sana on Saturday night, but no further details were given. A spokesperson for the Huti government wellness ministry later added that at least 9 civilians were killed in the attacks and another 9 were injured.
"To all Huti terrorists: your time is up, from now on your attacks must end. If it doesn’t, you’ll have a hell like you’ve never seen before!” Trump wrote.
The American leader pointed out that Huti is conducting a "continuous run of piracy, force and terrorism" aimed at ships belonging to the US and another countries. These actions have been blocking shipping on 1 of the world's most crucial trade routes for over a year, and cost the global and American economy "billion dollars, as well as the lives of innocent people," the president stressed.
Huti attack the Red Sea
Since autumn 2023, the Huti have carried out over 100 attacks on merchant ships in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden, claiming that they are an expression of solidarity with Hamas in his fight against Israel. Huti is 1 of the parties to the 2014 Yemen civilian War and controls a large part of this country, including the Red Sea coast.
The U.S., Israel and their allies led retaliation attacks on Huti. However, the reaction of erstwhile United States president Joe Biden was "parely weak, so the Huti continued the attacks," Trump wrote.
After the war in the Gaza Strip, Huti besides attacked Israel straight with rockets and drones. The raids stopped after a fragile ceasefire between Israel and Hamas was concluded in January. Last week, the Huti announced that they would resume attacks on merchant ships due to the fact that Israel did not unlock humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.
