About farmers protests
– Whether it is the Law and Justice, or the Platform, or the PSL or the Left, they remove work from each other. Their standard song is “it's not us”, it's the erstwhile government, it's Brussels, it's individual else. Generally, everyone is responsible, but not those who rule.
We must act in defence of Polish farmers, even unilaterally. Even going into conflict with Brussels. The method adopted by the Government of Platform and PSL, that is to say, being an EU primate who will be subject to everything and, at most, only stressing that in any cases he has another interests, leads nowhere! due to the fact that at the minute the European Union has extended the most destructive regulations for Polish agriculture, namely the extension of duty-free trade in agricultural products from Ukraine!
And the main problem, contrary to what the Minister or the National MP says, is not the Green Deal in agriculture – it is simply a threat that is just ahead! What has at the minute destroyed competitiveness and productivity or profitability, the profitability of Polish agricultural production, is simply the collapse of warehouses, the collapse of silos of agricultural production cheaper, without the appropriate standard from the neighbouring country which Brussels, with the joyful, carefree support of the PiSu government, allowed on the European market.
With about 1 year, over a year hold in knowing matters, so more than a year after the agricultural protests had already rolled over, they realized that this was destructive and then they did this unilateral embargo. But this unilateral embargo only maintained, from what I remember, a small over a month, 2 months, after which they loosened it under the pretext of any compromise with Brussels.
It is worth reminding that what the PSL proposed – in opposition to the Morawiecki government – that is to say by proposing a bailout system, that agricultural products from Ukraine pass sealed by Poland and go on, now – by responding to the interpellings of 1 of the MPs we know – that they consider impossible to implement! The minister from the PSL Siekierski has already confirmed this, which means they have proposed impossible things. Therefore, the proposal, again, to simplify the full matter.
On the Building Directive
– There is no specified thing as building a completely non-polluting environment. The only way to halt contamination is simply to wipe out industrial civilization, human civilization from the face of the earth.. For example, if Europe wishes not to make any carbon dioxide emissions, we should simply erase the European population and manufacture all, economical life on the European continent, then emissions would fall to zero.
What specified representatives of this EU doctrine anticipate is raising construction to the standard they call zero-emissionIn their terms. But, of course, It's just an advertising slogan.. The construction they require is the most technologically advanced construction in planet history. It requires the production of many different types of building automation systems, whether related to energy, or related to the building's construction and insulation – which were not utilized before.
All of this improves energy efficiency on the 1 hand – which I support to make it clear. I support expanding energy efficiency – on the another hand, this increases construction costs and increases material expenditure and the complexity of the building process itself.
We have a time when, I don't know, 2-3 families, getting along, could build a home together. At the minute building a home will be a technologically inaccessible process, and possibly it is already beginning to be in the EU standard, for average people. And that's very bad news, due to the fact that it just means that the home will be a luxury product. An average man will be a client of corporations building houses and apartments, and banks where all this will be credited.
We must inform citizens very honestly what is going on, so that we can do in 15, 20, 30 years, if this madness enters into force, look ourselves honestly in the mirror and say: we have been honest, we have warned the citizens, we have done everything we can and people just wouldn't perceive to the truth.
So I'm gonna say this again: The European Union is planning a programme, a compulsory programme to modernise all existing buildings to the most energy-efficient, technologically advanced standard without providing for funding. The European Union expects European societies to fund themselves.
The cost of this alleged energy transformation or transformation of buildings is estimated not at millions, not at billions, but it is counted in trillions of PLN! It's called a trillion for energy transformation, a trillion for building transformation. This is money that simply does not be in Poland! It's not that this money has a state, it doesn't have people, or it has rich people, it doesn't have mediocre people. No 1 has specified money in Poland for specified investments! Therefore, Establishing specified a kind of coercion will make a fresh pretext for punishing Poles and the Polish State for failing to fulfil these obligations.
In the meantime, limiting us, and it is already created by the Law and Justice Government, limiting our ability to own our property. I mean, It is clear from the law and from the EU's expectations that no 1 will be able to sale or legally rent or buy a property that will not be raised to an appropriate level as part of these alleged climate repairs. Moreover, a strategy is to be created, and an surveillance strategy is already being created, i.e. at the minute there is an work to order alleged energy efficiency certificates – that is, to prepare for the universal surveillance and control system. A government program is already in place, that they are to drive around Poland, registry them, chimney sweepers, measurement wall thicknesses. These are already implemented The regulations made by the PiS government under this madness that is being prepared there.
