In the territory Court in Wrocław, the trial of 2 Azerbaijani with Georgian citizenship, charged with the execution of 23-year-old Kacpra S. from Złotorya, began. A fatal incidental occurred in January 2024 after a violent quarrel in which Poles accused them of stealing. The perpetrators pleaded guilty, claiming to have acted in an affair, but their actions could cost them life.
Bloody Ransions
On January 27, 2024, about 5 a.m. at Kazimierz Wielkia Street in Wrocław, there was a violent fight between the 2 Azerbaijani – Iusif K. and Elmar M. – and the young Pole. The conflict ended tragically: Casper S. died of stab wounds.
The investigation showed that both defendants attacked the victim utilizing fists and a knife.
– Iusif K. and Elmar M. hitting the victim Kacpra S., among another things, with fists on the head, as well as utilizing a knife, caused a series of injuries to the man, including head wounds and abdominal wounds, which due to their character caused his death – handed over the prosecutor in court.
“There is no theft in our Muslim culture”
The defendants pleaded guilty, but tried to minimize their responsibility.
– Nobody wanted this to happen. – said they.
Iusif K. testified that he and Elmar M. had previously been in 1 of the clubs in the Niepold Pass. As he left, he noticed that his colleague was arguing with a group of people, including Kacprem S.
– Casper said in a fight that Georgians steal, are thieves. I said we're not Georgians, we're Azeras. There is no theft in our Muslim culture “Iusif K.
The Pole was besides to call them terrorists, which led to an escalation of violence. Elmar M. and Casper S. began fighting, and then Iusif K. returned to his car for a knife.
– I wanted to stand up for my friend. I didn't know it would turn, I wanted to attack him in the arm or leg. – he argued.
Unfortunately, the blow proved fatal. Casper S. bled out at the scene, and the perpetrators fled without helping him.
“This is an unfortunate accident,” the accused claim
Judge Agnieszka Marchwicka asked the defendants why they did not leave the conflict area before the tragedy occurred.
– Because there was a dispute. “Iusif K answered.
– I plead guilty. I didn't do it on purpose, it wasn't planned. This is an unfortunate accident. – he added.
Despite these translations, the prosecution has no uncertainty about their responsibility. They are facing life imprisonment for execution with a dangerous tool.
