IRS takes on debtors under fresh rules. There's a revolution in the regulations

The Ministry of Finance has prepared an amendment to the law on enforcement proceedings in the administration, which is expected to importantly change the manner of sale of occupied property in execution. The heads of taxation offices will conduct auctions through their own eLiction portal. The current rules supply for electronic sales only in the case of movables, e.g. cars.
