Fiskus calls for thousands of Poles to pay. They were convinced that they were benefiting from the real property taxation exemption

The legislative chaos, the vague rules and the constitutional crisis that has been going on for years have led to a situation where tens, or even hundreds of thousands of PLN tax, are being demanded from people selling real property today. This is about taxpayers who were convinced that they were legally benefiting from the PIT exemption, and so they did not gotta pay the taxation on selling the flat or house. In practice, they fell into the alleged "trap" of the tax. Over 19,000 people have already been affected. The Ombudsman one more time addressed the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
