Poland brought 3 actions before Luxembourg for the annulment of six EC decisions on the deduction covering the period from 15 July 2022 to 4 June 2023. The judgement was delivered by the EU Court on Wednesday, and thus the lower instance of the EU Court of Justice. Poland may appeal to it within 2 months and 10 days of notification of that decision.
