The state pays millions of zlotys for protracted trials. Compensation for the courts' tardiness is growing

Over PLN 7.5 million in damages for the protracted proceedings were awarded by Polish courts last year. This is simply a evidence sum. However, citizens can inactive number on an average of only 3.5 1000 in compensation for the court's tardiness.
