The state cannot give us information, due to the fact that information is power - an interview with Piotr Waglowski, a systemist (?!)

What makes the emerging law unclear and convoluted? Why is information power and who should have it? We talked about it with Piotr Waglowski - a lawyer known on the net who has been active in matters applicable to the information society for a long time (such as the ACTA case, but not only), and is now moving for the Senate. Contrary to trends, Waglowski says "I am a systemist", but he besides knows what can be called a mockery in creating the law.
