The state and the media are going to war. Are they ready?

A fewer years ago, we included the thought of universal defence in the canon of reasoning about security. We have written the assumptions into strategical papers and built a social consensus. However, with a fresh look at the map of this "universality", red lights came on, indicating gaps in our defensive preparation. 1 of them is the cooperation between the state and the media during crises.
