Among Polish influencers and entrepreneurs, Krzysztof Stanowski is 1 of the most recognizable and effective. His project, Channel Zero, became 1 of the most popular YouTube channels in Poland, attracting millions of users and generating millions of revenue. In his last statement, Stanowski revealed the revenues and costs of his project, allowing us to realize what makes Channel Zero so effective.

According to Stanowski, Channel Zero generated gross of PLN 26,751,019 during the year 2024. Of this, PLN 6,399,000 came from Google AdSense ads, and PLN 20,352,019 from sponsorships. The most profitable period was September erstwhile the task achieved evidence revenues.

Although revenues were high, the task costs were besides significant. Stanowski explained that the cost of the task amounted to over a million PLN as early as January, erstwhile he hired the first employees and built the studio. In total, the task costs amounted to PLN 5,725,162 gross.

Stanowski besides thanked his sponsors who helped him realize his vision. The main sponsor of Channel Zero was Rafał Romaniuk, who paid PLN 1.660,000 gross. 2 another sponsors besides invested in the project, paying a full of PLN 1,720,000.

Stanowski besides thanked his viewers, saying that without them the task would fail. Currently, Channel Zero has more than 1.4 million followers, and the number of viewers is expanding steadily.

Cooperation with state-owned companies

In his statement, Stanowski besides invited state-owned companies to cooperate in 2025, saying they have the right to advertise in a popular place specified as Channel Zero.

Problems and challenges

Despite the success of the project, Stanowski admitted that things were not going smoothly. 1 problem was the deficiency of appropriate people in different positions, specified as journalists who are not afraid to say their own opinion. Another problem was the sale of tickets to the Łódź legislature in February.

Among the conclusions that can be drawn from Stanowski's message is that the project's success depends on effective cooperation with sponsors and viewers. The task besides requires considerable financial resources to stay high. Nevertheless, prospects for Channel Zero look promising, especially if you can keep cooperation with sponsors and viewers.

According to a study published by Deloitte, in 2024 the value of the net advertising marketplace in Poland amounted to over PLN 4.5 billion, of which 75% came from the Google AdSense advertisement.
