The service will check our comms history? present reading a controversial project

On Thursday, January 12th this year, the Sejm will deal with the first reading of the draft Electronic Communications Law. Critics of the fresh regulations point out that they are against EU law and will deepen surveillance – e.g. services will be able to check the stories of our chat rooms. The proposal collects critical voices, but Marcin Maruszczak from YSL's Chancellery emphasizes that there are many questions to be raised in the discussion.
