The amendments to the Rules of Procedure on which the Sejm is working include, inter alia, tightening of penalties for Members permanently withdrawing from attendance. During the press conference, Szymon Hołownia pointed out that "it will be possible to collect up to 90% of salaries." He besides mentioned that discussions were ongoing on the introduction of a survey of MEPs with a breathalyzer before the session of the Sejm. In addition, the Holovnia referred to the words of Sławomir Mentzen, who called him "smiling chihuahua".
