The second oil shipment goes to Cuba. Russia supports its ally

Just after the Russian tanker “Anatolij Kolodkin” arrived in Cuba in late March, Russia announced further support for its ally. The Russians are to send a second oil transport to the island, which could be a rescue for the authorities in Havana.
