The second mObywatel app launches in December. The bank will verify your identity over the phone, but not right away.

The mObywatel Europa investigating program has already received 61 applications from companies and institutions, including 18 from abroad. Among the applicants are banks, insurance companies, telecommunications providers, online retailers, and hoteliers. Meanwhile, the app isn’t even available on our phones yet.
