The 'Rzeczpospolita' Lawyers' Panel. Only a reset will heal the Constitutional Tribunal

A constitutional reset is the only way out of the deadlock in which the Tribunal is stuck, according to over 70 percent of participants in the 'Rzeczpospolita' Lawyers' Panel. Nearly 90 percent of experts believe that Constitutional Tribunal judges should be elected in the Sejm by a qualified majority.
