The Russians want to take Ukraine cold. Targeted rocket attack before winter [COMMENTARY] (+)

On Monday and Tuesday Russia carried out a large number of rocket attacks and utilizing unmanneds against Ukraine. The missiles fell on civilian facilities and critical infrastructure. Among others, heat and power plants were attacked. This is not an accident in the context of the coming winter.
