The Russian services in Poland have opted for the alleged low-cost agency. They wanted to "clog" our counterintelligence with a large number of small, seemingly chaotic actions that were expected to absorb the attention of the Polish services and make it hard to see their real goals – says Colonel Rafał Syrysko, head of the interior safety Agency.
