The issue of the change in Russian tactics was highlighted by the "Voyenyi Oswiedomitiel" channel, which pointed out that the Russian command has noticed that the attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure so far are not full effective. The blame for this is attributed... long-range aviation, i.e. bombers – mainly Tu-95 and Tu-160. Why?
