The right to repair enters Poland. This is simply a revolution in the electronics and household appliances market

As of 31 July 2026, the EU's right to repair will apply in Poland. The fresh rules will require manufacturers of household appliances and electronics to guarantee access to spare parts at reasonable prices. Although the UOKiK prepared the principles of national regulations, the bill was inactive not published.
