The Constitutional Tribunal will shortly deal with the complaint of a prisoner who was denied access to a court-appointed lawyer in disciplinary proceedings. According to the inmate, the procedural regulations deprived him of the right to defence and are unconstitutional. However, the final decision on the second will be made by the Tribunal.
