It's not just about Donald Trump in the White House, it's about Olaf Scholz in the law office and fresh elections in Germany. Europe is facing more and more challenges and so far leaders have lost their mandate of real power. There's no time to wait for fresh ones. Naturally, therefore, a fresh strategy of forces is born and Poland can benefit from it.
