The Court of Appeal in Warsaw has one more time dismissed an appeal against the decision of the Warsaw Regional Court, which did not accept the request of the lawyers of Michał Kuczmierowski, the erstwhile head of the Government Agency for strategical Reserves, to issue him an iron letter.
